Get InvolvedThere are many ways to get involved with the great work that your local RC&D Council and their partners are doing. Come to a board or planning meeting, volunteer your time or skills, be involved with Area Planning, or make a tax-deductible contribution. Board MeetingsThe SCW RC&D Council meets every other month starting in January at their annual meeting. They typically meet the first Thursday of the month, with exceptions around holiday weeks. The public is welcome to attend meetings to find out more about the Council and what they are doing. Meetings generally occur at 1606 Perry St., Yakima, Washington, with the exception of the annual meeting. Locations can be subject to change. Check the agenda for exact location. SponsorshipOne easy way to become involved in the good work done by your local RC&D is to become a sponsoring organization. Sponsorship is the first step to board membership and project involvement. It is easy to become a sponsor. Just read and fill out an Application.
